Southwest Internal Medicine Group contracts with major health insurance providers. Some of the insurances that we accept are:

- Medicare (accepts assignments)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna HMO and PPO
- Great West
- Humana HMO and PPO
- Pacificare/Secure Horizons
- United Healthcare
- AHCCCS/Health Choice
- PPO’s
We also accept patients without insurance. Please contact our office to discuss payment options.
Co-pay and deductibles are the responsibility of the patient. Payment for services will be expected at the time of service. Our office can offer, as courtesy, a payment plan for patients who are responsible for any balances or services not covered by the insurance.
We accept credit and debit cards.
